DETAILS AND FEATURE SPECIFICATIONS

Since the item(s) bought ARE NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable, you
may avoid this issue by measuring your old blouse/tunic/garment at these 3
important points :-
Measuring are taken with garment lying flat and write down
these 3 vital points. For example :
shoulder : 14 "
bust : 18"
hips : 20"
Measure a garment that fits you well and compare the measurement with the measurement details given. Easy breezy right?
2. Once you knew your appropriate size, fill us the details according to the Order Form by emailing us at basictunic@yahoo.com
3. We shall respond within 24 hours (usually sooner) to confirm the availability of the product.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
1. Make a full payment, of course
2. Send us your proof of
payment.
3. Received goods when Poslaju
arrived at your doorsteps.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIER (that's us from
basictunic)
1. To check whether goods ordered available or not.
2. To send customer a reference
number to verify your order(s)
and payment.
3. Making sure customer received the
exact goods as ordered.
4. To send customer a tracking number
once goods are sent
via Poslaju.
***Important Notice***
Once
you received the track number from basictunic, that means
we are no
longer responsible for the delivered goods. We have done our responsibilities earlier
as stated above.
Which means,
once the track number(s) are given, Poslaju Malaysia
hold the responsibilities
towards you (as our customer) and the goods (the one that you have ordered and
paid).
Shopping
through online really saves your time and energy.
But then
again, there’s one more aspect that one should take care of.
Please make
sure there’s someone mature enough to sign the parcel once Poslaju came
knocking at your door.
Poslaju have
millions task at the same day so they can’t wait if you
are not around.
So, if there’s
no one around at your home, usually Poslaju will
put a slip
inside your postbox to remind you that they were there
but the parcel
have to be sent to the nearest Post Office nearby.
All the
details will be given and you have to collect the parcel by yourself.
Most of our
customers who can not oblige to this rules,
they usually
give us their office address.
So that will
make things easier as every office have their own lobby or
front desk.
It’s either
the security guards or the secretary at the front desk will
sign the
parcel on behalf of you.
